NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY
NO CALL NO SHOW & SAME DAY CANCELLATION POLICYS
Appointments must be canceled 24 hours before your appointment. If you Now Show No Call you will be invoiced for 1/2 cost of services booked 1st time & Full Cost of services for 2nd time. If you call same day to cancel same policy applies but fees may be wavered due to illness or medical emergency. Sending someone else to fill your appointment spot is allowed and will prevent cancelation fees. You must pay previous invoices before a new appointment can be rescheduled. If you No Call No Show more then twice you will have to pre pay for all future appointments, and will be nonrefundable if the appointment is missed.
